Quit Drinking

the easy way...
π© 5 Red Flags It's Time to Question Your Drinking
1. You drink alone
Drinking isn't just something you do socially anymore β you find yourself drinking when you're by yourself.
2. You start hiding your drinking
You become conscious of how much you're drinking and start hiding bottles, disguising how much you've had, or sneaking bottles into the wheelie bin.
3. You order your next drink before you've finished the current one
You're already thinking about the next drink before you've finished the one in your hand.
4. You drink more than you intended
You tell yourself you'll only have one or two, but regularly end up drinking more than you planned.
5. You start thinking about drinking during the day
You find yourself looking forward to that drink before you even finish work or get home.
If you've recognised yourself in one or more of these, it doesn't necessarily mean you have a drinking problem. But it may be worth asking yourself whether alcohol is starting to have more control over your choices than you'd like.
You don't have to wait until drinking becomes a serious problem to make a change. Neither do you have to spend the rest of your life fighting with alcohol. Sometimes the biggest change starts with one decision.
