By booking a hypnotherapy session, attending sessions at the premises, purchasing or accessing self-hypnosis audios, using this website, or engaging with any services provided by CQ Hypnotherapy or Fix Me Audios, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Client Waiver.

1. General Information

CQ Hypnotherapy and Fix Me Audios provide hypnotherapy services, self-hypnosis audio products, and personal development content intended to support behavioural change, relaxation, mindset improvement, and self-development.

All services and products are provided in good faith and are intended for educational and personal development purposes only.

2. Not Medical or Psychological Advice

CQ Hypnotherapy and Fix Me Audios do not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, or healthcare services.

Nothing provided through sessions, audio recordings, written materials, websites, emails, social media content, or other communications should be considered medical, psychological, or professional healthcare advice.

Hypnotherapy and self-hypnosis are not substitutes for:

  • Counselling

  • Diagnosis or treatment of any condition

You accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, reactions, interpretations, health, and wellbeing before, during, and after any session or use of products.

4. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for your own:

  • Physical health

  • Mental health

  • Emotional wellbeing

  • Safety

  • Decisions and actions

You agree to use all services, sessions, products, and audio recordings entirely at your own risk.

CQ Hypnotherapy, Fix Me Audios, Jason Tong, and any affiliated persons or entities accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, damage, emotional distress, reaction, or consequence arising directly or indirectly from:

  • Participation in hypnotherapy sessions

  • Attendance at the premises

  • Use or misuse of self-hypnosis audios

  • Advice or information provided

  • Failure to achieve desired outcomes

  • Decisions made before, during, or after sessions

This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, psychological, financial, or personal loss.

5. Attendance at Premises & Property Liability Waiver

Hypnotherapy sessions may take place at a private residential premises operated by CQ Hypnotherapy.

By attending the premises, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You enter the property entirely at your own risk

  • You are responsible for your own personal safety and wellbeing while attending

  • You are responsible for any personal belongings brought onto the premises

  • You will disclose any condition that may affect your safety during sessions

  • You will behave respectfully and safely while on the property

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CQ Hypnotherapy, Fix Me Audios, Jason Tong, and any affiliated parties accept no liability for:

  • Injury

  • Illness

  • Accidents

  • Falls

  • Allergic reactions

  • Emotional distress

  • Loss or theft of personal property

  • Damages occurring while attending the premises

You release and hold harmless CQ Hypnotherapy, Fix Me Audios, Jason Tong, and affiliated entities from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal actions arising from your attendance at the premises or participation in services.

6. Self-Hypnosis Audio Usage

Self-hypnosis audio recordings are intended for relaxation and personal development purposes only.

You agree that you will NOT listen to hypnosis or relaxation audios:

  • While driving

  • While operating machinery

  • While performing tasks requiring full attention

  • In any situation where reduced alertness could create risk or danger

You accept full responsibility for how and when audio products are used.

7. No Guarantee of Results

While many individuals experience positive benefits from hypnotherapy and self-hypnosis, results vary significantly between individuals.

CQ Hypnotherapy and Fix Me Audios make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding:

  • Specific outcomes

  • Behavioural change

  • Emotional improvement

  • Financial improvement

  • Smoking cessation success

  • Weight loss outcomes

  • Anxiety reduction

  • Sleep improvement

  • Habit change

  • Any other personal result

8. Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy

Hypnotherapy Sessions

Due to preparation time, scheduling commitments, and reserved appointment times:

  • A minimum of 12 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the full or partial session fee being charged at the discretion of CQ Hypnotherapy

  • If CQ Hypnotherapy needs to reschedule a session, no additional compensation will be provided

  • No refunds are provided for completed sessions

Audio Products & Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable content:

  • All audio sales are final

  • No refunds are provided for change of mind

  • No refunds are provided due to dissatisfaction with results

However, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain protected. Refunds or replacements may be provided where required under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including where products are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

All content created or supplied by CQ Hypnotherapy and Fix Me Audios, including but not limited to:

  • Audio recordings

  • Scripts

  • Written materials

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Graphics

  • Website content

remains the intellectual property of CQ Hypnotherapy and/or Fix Me Audios.
